Fee Structure<\/strong><\/p>\n

Therapy-<\/em><\/p>\n

We are an in network provider<\/strong><\/em> with the following insurance companies:<\/p>\n

Blue Cross Blue Shield<\/p>\n

Cigna<\/p>\n

Qualcare<\/p>\n

Magellan Behavioral Healthcare<\/p>\n

AmeriHealth<\/p>\n

MultiPlan<\/p>\n

PHCS<\/p>\n

Out of Network Services:
\n$150 initial intakes & 60 minute sessions
\n$125 per 45 minute session<\/p>\n

*documentation for services performed will be provided to clients in order to facilitate any applicable out of network reimbursement available to them.<\/p>\n

** Cancellation Policy: Minimum of 24 hours notice required otherwise you will be charged for the session. One exception will be granted per calendar year.<\/p>\n

Mediation-<\/em><\/p>\n

$150 per hour (Minimum 1 hour sessions & $75 for each additional half hour which will be rounded up to the next half hour)
\n$300 to draft a memorandum of understanding<\/p>\n
