Fee Structure
Therapy-
We are an in network provider with the following insurance companies:
Blue Cross Blue Shield
Cigna
Qualcare
Magellan Behavioral Healthcare
AmeriHealth

Out of Network Services:
$150 initial intakes & 60 minute sessions
$125 per 45 minute session
*documentation for services performed will be provided to clients in order to facilitate any applicable out of network reimbursement available to them.
** Cancellation Policy: Minimum of 24 hours notice required otherwise you will be charged for the session. One exception will be granted per calendar year.
Mediation-
$150 per hour (Minimum 1 hour sessions & $75 for each additional half hour which will be rounded up to the next half hour)
$300 to draft a memorandum of understanding
Coaching-
Platinum Package
- 4 weekly coaching sessions per month in-person or via telephone (each call 30/45min)
- 2 check-in emails per week from your coach
- Access to “laser coaching sessions” via a maximum of 3 brief emails & (2) 5-10 minute “as needed” calls to your coach per week.
*** Laser coaching is specific, brief, and targeted.
$700/month
Gold Package
- 4 coaching sessions/month scheduled (30-45 min)
- 1 check-in email from your coach per week
- 1 email to the coach/week
$550/month
Silver Package
- 2 coaching sessions per month scheduled every other week (30/45 min)
- 1 check-in email per week from coach
- 2 emails per month to coach during weeks sessions aren’t scheduled
$300/month
***all coaching requires a 2 month commitment & each month must be paid in advance. 4 month commitments paid in full in advance will be offered a 20% discount off package prices.
